How do I get the date the picture was taken stamped on the picture

The date and time (and a lot more) are stored with every picture in its EXIF metadata. Any photo viewing/editing program should be able to display this data. To print this data, please consult the documentation for whatever program you're using to print your pictures. Depending on the program and printer you may print the date on the image, in the margins, or on the back.

I have a Kodak Easy Share Z650. The problem is I took pictures without realizing it was stamping with a date, which is not correct. The date is off by a couple of years in some cases. Is there anyway to...

Once the date has been stamped on the photo, it's there just like the subject's face or the overflowing trashcan in the background or whatever. You can edit the photo somewhat using a photo editing program, using the same process as deleting any other object in your photo.
