Sound works fine on analogue tv but I get no sound on digital freeview. Can you suggest anything please?
Hi, My thought is maybe you're not subscribed to those channels. Or your set top box is not set up right. Please confirm that you have that done.
The retuning process is as follows:
If you wish to CANCEL the auto tuning process whilst it is processing then press the BLUE button at any time.
You may lose some channels when you retune the TV as the channels have been rearranged. To locate them look at the EPG although you may still find that some channels are no longer available on FREEVIEW. See the following link for additional information

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem, please? I bought it on ebay and the seller told me to reset the digital settings and retune the channels. Tried this with no success.
