My insignia blueray ns wbrdvd always displays no disc when I go from a netflix streamed to a dvd. Any help to resolve?

Go to the settings menu of the Insignia, click on "Reset" settings and then select "Deactivate Netflix".
Next, restart the player and access the Netflix once again to reactivate it.

I'm sorry to tell you this, but the BDLive01 was not designed to connect to Netflix.

Netflix streaming was not possible on the Insignia BluRay players until the NS-BRDVD3.

Again, I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

To stream Netflix content you will need to have a computer connected to the internet and a netflix account (even the lowest level should allow you access).

Set your NS-WBRDVD to connect to your wireless network.

Start up Netflix and select you are a new user. You will be given an activation code.

On your computer, log-in to the Netflix website: www.netflix.com On the top right of the screen you should see "Your Account & Help" Click that.

On the "Your Account & Help" screen, in the Account Information section on the bottom right of that grayed box should be "Add Blu-Ray". Click that and you should be prompted to enter the code your NS-WBRDVD gave you.

Once you enter the code and Netflix accepts it, your player should confirm and allow you to watch Netflix streaming content.

Getting the netflix activation code requires you to log on to the netflix website, enter your code, and then your Blu-Ray player will stream Netflix.

You will need a Netflix account forthis to work...otherwise you will not be able to use the Netflix service.

I purchased an Insignia NS-WBRDVD and the instructions stated that I could get a guide at this website. When I try to connect the blue ray DVD to my wireless service it fails. How do I connect to my wireless service so I can set up netflix?

Some functions are not accessible while having a disk in the player and vice versa. Try both with and without a disk!

Because some buttons work, it is most likely the remote that is faulty. Contact Best Buy support to exchange/repair it!

This model player (NS-BRDVD) is not Netflix capable. Netflix capable models are NS-BRDVD3, NS-WBRDVD, and home theater system NS-BRHTIB.
