How i can get my opera mini browser back which is removed by formatting..i've to flash my mobile or not?

As far as i know your mobile doesn't support Opera mini. It doesn't have J2ME from Oracle like other conventional mobile phones thats why it reads unsupported format, but instead is using BREW from Qualcomm.
If you visit Opera`s Mini website here from your mobile, you can confirm if Opera mini is available for your device.

There is avaliable Opera mini for Nokia C3-00 Just follow this link -> http://www.opera.com/mobile/download/nokia/c3-00/ You can choose from Opera Mini 6.1 or 4.3. These should be compatibile with nokia C3-00.

You can search on google for free downloading of opera mini browser. 1. Acivate GPRS and configure proper settings for the same ( call to your network operator customer care for that)

2. Using your mobile's web browser goto http://mini.opera.com

3. If your mobile supports java applications, then you can donwload and use the opera mini java application from the above link.

4. If your mobile not has java capabaility then its not possible to use the java (opera) application.

This phone's native browser is capable of accessing only the WAP sites. But you can seamlessly browse other internet websites by using a small java based opera mini browser. From your mobile go to http://mini.opera.com and download the opera mini java application to your mobile and install it. Then open the opera browser to surf other websites. For this your mobile should support java applications.

My understanding is that the lg ks20 runs on windows mobile 6.
So you have two options, to download opera mini or opera mobile (which is much more powerful is more of a full web browser).

To download opera mini just go to mini.opera.com using your phone's web browser and it will instruct you on how to install.

To download opera mobile, go to http://www.opera.com/mobile/download/ and active sync your phone to install.
