I have a Westinghouse flat screen tv model SK32H570D I power on the tv and it comes on then the screen goes black as if it's in standby mode, Some one mentioned it could be a power circuit issue, is this something I can resolve myself if so how?

Symptom shows it is power supply board problem that has back light inverter circuit as well, replacement of power supply board would solve tv problem.

If you are handy with electronics stuff repair then unplug tv from wall socket, take off its back cover by removing its all screws, remove screws of power board, unplug connectors and take out old power board from tv, put new power board, tight its screws, plug connectors and put back cover on tv.
