Hi! Alright, so I need some help with my new Blackjack II. My dad and I bought this phone off of eBay, supposedly "new, never opened" and unused. Well, I get it today and I start going through it... I find 57 contacts already saved on the phone! The worst part is that I CAN'T DELETE THEM.. or even edit them. The phone is trying to tell me these 57 contacts are stored on a SIM card... which can't be true because I have NO idea who these people even are! I called one of the contacts and he told me he lived in California... as did the seller of this phone. I have no idea what to do now, I've emailed the seller about it and according to his return policy, the package must not have been opened in order to refund us back. So, does anyone know how to delete these contacts, or does anyone have any advice on how I should take care of this?
Thanks for your time! :)

If I were you I would send the phone back to the seller and demand a refund. You say the seller said it was unused and new? In that case, if there is numbers on the phone then it was opened and used, i woulb contat the seller and get my money back, ether that or tell him to send you a new Blackjack II, unopened and unused!!
