I ´m searchingfor the same answer. I have been refilling the toners but now it seems thatthey reach the limits, so the printers is asking me for a new toner. I knowthat you can find from alibaba.com the reset chips. If I have any news I'llposted, please do the same.

Xerox has designed this so you must buy a new one from them. It's got a digital chip inside the waste cartridge, if you dump out the waste, the printer knows its getting the same old one put back in even if its empty. Wasteful printer. I hate it.
