I bought 2 months ago a digital senso watch model KC 1669 A126-10 at Macy's (Charlotte, NC) and there was neither warranty nor instructions book, The sales person gave me a site to look for the instructions. There was nothing about KC. Then I went to Macy's (New York, NY) and I asked for the instructions. They gave me what they called an instruction help. One more lie. They gave me a wrong information. The sensor watch in this small instructions piece of paper it is not good for my sensor watch.
All I want is: Instructions on how to manage this watch. I thank you,
Luis Araujo

Go to http://www.genevawatchgroup.com/ and click on "customer service". If you then scroll down the page you will find a list of instructions. KC do not list their instructions under watch types but issue a catalogue of generic instructions and you need to search through the catalogue to find the one that matches yours..

Click on the one at the bottom of the KC list (digital watches) and you will be able to read the instructions for your watch, which includes alarm settings instructions.
I have looked at the KC web site and most of the instructions don't give model numbers., so it is impossible to see if any of the instructions listed refer to your watch. (if you go to http://www.genevawatchgroup.com/ , click on customer service and then scroll down, you will see KC instructions).
Isyour watch automatic? If it is, then it needs to be shaken (gently) from side to side for a minute or two to wind it up.
If it is a quartz type and you have pressed the winder into the home position and it still doesn't start, take it back and ask for a replacement.
replace the battery? otherwise send it to fossil. regardless of where you bought it it should have a limited 11-year warranty as as i can tell.

Specialty screws like this can be hard to find. You can contact watch repair shops to see if they have it or contact Keneth Cole. KC has a great warranty and is generally good about keeping parts as long as the model isnt too old.
