This is how I fixed it:
I had a similar problem. First I removed all inputs (HDTV) and an audio output. Then I unplugged the power cable from the wall and proceeded to press the power button on the top left side of the tv, for 10 seconds. Then I plugged it back in and the problem persisted. But then, I wiggled the POWER CABLE on the back of the TV itself and the blue LED turned ON! The TV is working fine now!
Replace your buffer boards they are two unit located on the right of the plasma if you are looking the plasma from behind. Do you have any sound?
Thanks,
Sound? No the monitor does not power up at all. Normally when the box goes on (green light) the TV/monitor would power up simultaneously as a green light on the tv would come on at the same time; but nothing this time. I only unplugged the tv and reassembled my connections when this occurred. So - "no" sound and no power on monitor but power on box. Instructions on how to replace buffer boards?
I will by your AVC-75 control box if that works and you can not fix your monitor - my email [email protected]
