One network sim not works in your phone it may be locked to that network , if you want to unlock it you can get codes here http://www.theunlockspot.com/

About the failed registration sim card reason are: 1.Invalid document 2.Wrong/insufficient document 3.your document might not have submitted in the Airtel office.
SOLUTION: Call or visit the customer care/nearest Airtel office and submit you document.
You'll need to configure the Internet Access Point Name (APN) of Airtel into one profile of your data card, the dial number for a cellular modem (data card) commonly is *99#, the APN data of Airtel could be requested to the following link: https://www.airtelusainc.com/Contactus.aspx , but before a simple test you can do to check if your data card can handle the Airtel SIM card is inserting it into the data card and launch its connection manager, if the software shows invalid SIM or similar message, it means your data card is locked or tied to Beetel SIM cards, but if it shows Airtel header and a good signal level you'll only have to input the mentioned data above.
The sim card is probably not properly connected, try pulling the 4 pins on the sim card reader, VERY carefully UPWARDS, JUST A LITTLE. so that they make proper contact, or you might put a small peice of paper on top of the sim card so it makes proper contact.

You have to get the phone unlocked in order to use it with a different carrier, otherwise it wont work with another sim card. You can buy an unlock code on ebay for about $4.99
Either your sim card is not seated correctly, the contacts are dirty, the sim card is dead, the copper contacts in the phone do not reach the sim card or the electronics in the phone are faulty.
