Hi,
This kind of symptom appears due to bad ccd imager chip in digital camera that need to be replaced by local camera repair shop to get correct live view to take pictures.
CCD Imager chip is located at end of lens assembly that converts an image into electronics signal for further process, get it replaced to solve camera issue.
Thanks.

White lines on image however when capturing on dark areas and on video mode, it produce a perfect image

Not clear when you have white lines. While looking on the screen or really on a image.
Lots of camera's produce lines on the LCD, when using the LCD to frame the picture. Special when there are small and sharp lights in the image. But the sensor is not capturing that while making the picture. It is a sort of smear on the screen.
Also, when you try to make a picture in bright lights, you can get flares, but those you can see on the screen and in the picture. To fight flares, most camera's and lenses come with sun hoods. Your camera does not have a hood, so try to avoid shining bright lights on the front of the lens.

Image has lines and pink in colour

This maybe two problems, the pink color hue in the picture and lines from lens shutter problems. Your LCD is still good. You have to replace motherboard and lens.

The view finder or screen are black. The lens moves out when the camera is powered on, I can hear the shutter click when pushed; the telephoto is moving; I have all the settings show on the screen when...

I know it may sound like the shutter is moving, but you're going to have to actually look down the lens barrel to confirm it's actually moving, and not just producing a sound effect from the camera. Also keep in mind Canon's SX IS series cameras are notorious for the following problem (fantastic cameras otherwise).
A stuck shutter is another common failure mode for digital cameras. The symptoms of a stuck or "sticky" shutter are very similar to CCD image sensor failure. The camera may take black pictures (for shutter stuck closed), or the pictures may be very bright and overexposed, sometimes with lines, especially when taken outdoors (for shutter stuck open). To confirm a stuck shutter, put the camera in any mode other than "Auto", and turn the flash OFF (you don't want to blind yourself for the next step). Next look down the lens and take a picture. You should see a tiny flicker in the center of the lens as the shutter opens and closes. If no movement is seen, then you likely have a stuck shutter. If so, please see this link for further info and a simple fix that may help.

The pictures have horizontal lines

This is electronic shutter problem that is the reason you get blinder effect/ noise on picture. Electronic shutter is located in lens mechanism and lens assembly will be replaced to solve the issue. Nearest Samsung service center or local camera repair shop will help you to replace lens assembly.
Thanks.

Hi There, If your screen still lights up, sounds like the LCD Panel is cracked.

Black viewfinder and screen

Most likely it is a mechanical failure such that the reflection mirror does not return back to its normal position, then blocking any light to the viewfinder.

Check this by unmounting the lens. If so, you may have to consider a repair operation.
