How Do I Open Samsung Xpress M2070w printer machine to Remove Paperjam

1, Paper jams occur when papers are stuck inside the laser printer. It affects the entire printing process. Lift the scanner unit and open the jam cover. Raise the fuser dummy cover. Discard the jammed paper by pulling it outwards gently. Close the fuser dummy cover and the jam cover.
2, Lower the scanner unit. Open the middle cover and take the toner cartridge from its slot. Remove the jammed papers and reinstall the toner cartridge. Close the middle cover and the scanner unit.
3, If the paper jam error still occurs, look for paper jams in the input tray area and remove them.

My brand new machine Bizhub 211 have paper jam problem

COF32 means the ATDC sensor has detected some unusually high or low readings.
The ATDC sensor measure the toner lever inside the developer unit.
Try swithcing on/off, open/close the front door to clear the code.
If this doesn't work, you'll need an engineer to reset the ATDC level.

Good luck

Jammed paper

There are 3 places to check for jammed paper.

Turn off the fax machine, then remove the tray and open the back cover, and open the front cover to remove the drum and toner (cartridge) and look inside machine.

After you find the jammed paper put the cartridge and tray back in machine and close all the covers.

Error message should go away.
