I am a music composer and I have a triton. due to very humid weather in Bangladesh its very hard to maintain some music instruments. My touchview screen is ok but the border of the screen at the right side is a bit broken. thats why i thing humidity is going inside it and at the right side of the screen the touchview menu is not working. Please tell me how can i get support from you and i can get it repaired.

The Korg Triton touchscreen has two main parts - The LCD screen and the touch overlay. Between the two is a type of gasket. It is really just an adhesive, but it does help keep out moisture and dust. If you were to remove the screen, you could separate the two parts, clean it and use double-face tape or glue to reattach. You can also get a replacement LCD screen, touch overlay or touch-LCD assembly from a number of places on the internet. They are not cheap, unless you purchase a generic touch overlay or LCD and retrofit.
As for repair in your area... try contacting Korg at http://www.korg.com and look for authorized repair centers.

my Triton Classic lcd screen went blank blue, no words or data on it, I was saving some templates and the progress got stuck so i turned it off and on and now I cant see anything, it still plays sound blindly.
The screen has its light in it and the touch works cuz you hear the sound.
How do I fix this? i tried the dimmer adjustment and it wont fix it either.
Were you able to get this fixed? I am on my second screen and I can't seem to get anything to show up on the screen.

My Korg Triton Pro touchscreen is not working at all. No matter what I push, I can't get any response from it. Therefore, I can't even get in the keyboard enough to see if the touchscreen option is "ON." Is there another way to move around the screen and get to the place to turn it on if it is off? Or, is the "touch" function broken?
