My dynex dx-pdvd7 is showing "no disc"

The portable dvd is not turning. I assume my 2 year son got hold of it and opened the lid. below is a message do not touch the lens. I dont see a lens. Can I get it repaired or do I buy a new machine. I bought this machine last year whilst in the US. I'm currently in South Africa. [email protected]

If there is no little circle eye near the center of the spindle-you are out of luck. If you can see the lens it may be just jammed. Simply, gently, slide the eye along the track back to the spindle. That usually fixes it.

Hi

Please check weather you have inserted the disc ,whose format is supported by your KOSS player.

If the formatt is not been supported /regonised by the player,It shows as NO DISC only.

check with some other disc which you previously played.If it plays the disc which you using has the problem.

hi last week i have a dynex like you and a sell it 20$ new so don't change your lens the lens price is 32$ and 45$ for change it.

but you can tried something you can clean you lens whit cotton swabs and alcohol and do not uses peroxide.
