Hello, this is fairly simple to solve. There are a few approaches that you can take for this issue. If this has already been resolved, great!, but if not, here are the steps. You can follow this link to change the setting for the second tv. If your tv goes up to channel 73, that is what you will want to put the setting to. http://www.dishnetwork.com/SupportSection/black-blue-tv2. Another option is to use the antenna b on the back of the tv. Or you can try to put the tv onto channel 116, 21, or 22. If you have any other issues, you can e-mail me at [email protected]. Hope this helps!!!!

I need to get to channel 73 to connect to Satellite Dish network, but it keeps telling me there is no channel in list ???? what do i do..Thanks

If the TV will go to channel 60 go to TV1 hit menu 6-1-5 go to tv2 out select air. This should change tv2 out to read 60 make sure you don't change the TV 1 output. Select done to save your changes and it should be resolved!

I'm trying to get my 32 inch envision tv to change channels and it won't change at all!! I need to get it to channel 73 to work with my box free dish dvr that's in the other room!! Any suggestions??...

We would be happy to help with that. Some TV's do not havethe ability to go as high as channel 73; this may be the case for yourEnvisionTV. We would recommend changing the channel that your DISH Networkreceiver outputs the picture for your TV2. Start by pressing the"Menu" button, from the main menu press 6 for "SystemSetup", then 1 for "Installation", and then 5 for"Modulator Setup". Under TV2 we are going to change the mode to"Air", the channel displayed beside it should change to 60, selectdone on the right side of the screen to save the changes. Now change thechannel of your TV2 to 60 and you should get the DISH Network programming.

We hope this helps. Thanks so much for being a valued DISH Network customer!

I have dish network and its programmed to work on channel 60 of the TV set, but lately the TV has began changing to a random channel from the "Favorite Channels" list and its making watching...

Hi my nameis Mike Houston of DISH Network and I see you have the TV setup to watch yourprograms on channel 60 and the TV is skipping off that channel. You want tomake sure the TV is on channel 60, make sure the remote is in SAT mode and tryto go to different channels and make sure it stays on the satellite channels. If you have any questions please e-mail me at [email protected].

Cannot get a clear picture with dish network I have a Clear picture when using DVD

Sometimes the input/channel for the DISH Network and the DVD are different, and if using the same for both, then you will get an unclear picture on one. If at TV1, the tv will need to be on channel 3 or 4, and possibly an input such as video 1 or 2. The DVD player may be on a different input, such as video 3, or even just on channel 3 only. If at TV2, the tv needs to on channel 60 or 73. When using the DVD, try putting the tv on channel 3 or 4, that is normally the channel that the tv needs to be on. Also, make sure that the DVD player is not on while you are trying to watch just the dish.

We would be happy to help with that. Some TV's are not ableto go as high as channel 73. This sounds like you're having an issue with yourTV2, this would be the TV located in a different room than your DISH Networkreceiver. Go to the main TV by the receiver, press the menu button located onthe top left of your DISH remote. Once in the main menu, press the numbers6-1-5, this will take you to the "Modulator Setup" screen. Once there we want to highlight the "Air"option located below "TV2 Out" then press the select button. TheChannel should change from 73 to 60. Change the channel of the TV you arehaving an issue with to channel 60; you should get the DISH Network programmingat that point. We hope these steps help you get that fixed. Thank you for beinga valued DISH Network customer!
