Hello, this is fairly simple to solve. There are a few approaches that you can take for this issue. If this has already been resolved, great!, but if not, here are the steps. You can follow this link to change the setting for the second tv. If your tv goes up to channel 73, that is what you will want to put the setting to. http://www.dishnetwork.com/SupportSection/black-blue-tv2. Another option is to use the antenna b on the back of the tv. Or you can try to put the tv onto channel 116, 21, or 22. If you have any other issues, you can e-mail me at [email protected].
