Corona\start-bg.bmp error on toshiba sat a200

you have in built web cam that's not a problem to install other web cam ..... connect the web cam and install the driver which one came with the web cam and enjoy it ...............

If you hold down SHIFT and right click on a BMP file, then select "open with" and choose the MS Paint option. This should let you open the BMP file and also provide an option to use as the default viewer.

if you do not know where the file is... goto start, search, for file and search for coronastart_bg.bmp

First place to start is with an updated camera driver from Toshiba's support page. Either way I would go ahead and remove the camera from the device manager to see if that solves your issue.

Try downloading the drivers from their support site.
Put in your (exact) model number here and check the downloads tab:

That is an image file, it may have been moved or deleted, looks like from the file path it's a background image. If you want a quick solution you could just re-install the software. If you're feeling techy go into MS paint (start,programs,accessories,paint) open a new image paint the background black and save it as a .bmp called start.bg then place the file in the Toshiba\corona voila you've replaced the file...

go to system device just see if u cant see any yellow mark on any of the devices and try to update the driver this might solve your problem

camera assistance not working..it says cannot open file corona

Go to support.toshiba.com and get the latest camera software on downloads.
Once you have downloaded the file, go to programs and features and uninstall the old one then after, re install the updated camera software.
And by the way turn off the User Account Control off under user accounts.

If you are trying to use live messenger 8 you may have to use the set up utility. Open Messenger, show menu, tools, audio and video set up. Checks webcam, mic and speakers. If it says webcam is being used by another application, check the taskbar. If there is a webcam icon there, right click and close. Hope this helps.
