Remove power cord.

Lock blade in position using the lever on the right,
Unbolt 6 central bolts using tool provided,
Unbolt End 2 bolts, and remove blade.

To reset, Mount new blade, Bolt in 2 end bolts.
Use magnetic setting tools to set depth, and tighten central bolts.
Remove magnetic setting tools, Check free rotation, Replace opposite blade.

Just read the manual once before taking any action .......... you just need to remove appropriate screws ......the connections have to be taken care before changing the blade

OK you need to go to Dewaltservicenet.com and in the middle of the page at the bottom type in your model number it will take you to another page and then find your type number and click on the instruction manual section on the right side, I clicked on type 2.
