In this video I will show u how to size your watch band with around the ... didn't need to watch it as you're obviously too fxcking useless to do ...
33 mins ago - Generic Ladies TFX Stainless Steel Watch W/ Rectangle Face ...watch? The clasp won't open and I didn't want to pay $65 just for a new clasp.
It may have buttons on the sides of the clasp that you must press. If you do not see the buttons on the sides of band, it is a friction fitting, and you must pull on one or the other side of the "butterfly" clasp for it to release.
If you see a large outside clasp, there will sometimes be a fold over safety. This is called a tri-fold clasp. You must pull up the hinged clasp one direction, then the main clasp the other direction. A bi-fold clasp has no safety, and can be pulled one direction to open.
Your watch has double folding clasp and it is opening by pulling bracelet exactly in the middle of clasp. Some clasps are very stiff, so, use a bit of force to open it. Here is the link where you can see how the opened clasp looks: http://www.amazon.com/Just-Bling-Ladies-JB-6210-Diamond/dp/B002JPK310
On this type of watch, you would normally remove sections of the bracelet to tighten it although there is sometimes scope for small adjustment in the clasp itself. This is a fiddly job, and my best advice to you would be to take the watch to your local watch repair/watchmakers/jewellers shop and get them to do it for you - it shouldn't cost you much and hopefully they'd do a professional job.
mcdevito75 here, Best Bet, visit a small watch repair shop in your area, But I;ll tell you I have a little experience with older watches, fact is I just finished basic work on a frieds 30 Jewel 65 Bulova and couldN;t find anything online except at various Antique sites that I didn:t write down, your 30 jewel Bulova along with the one I fixed for a friend of mine is worth at least what it cost when brand new----over $100.00
The newer straps on TAG are generally wider than the professional series and the cost of a new genuine TAG heuer clasp or bracelet may easily exceed the costof buying an entire watch of that series used.
I recommend searching for an after-market strap/ buckle usuing your case back numbers as the search criteria.
Looking at your watch it looks like the clasp on the SS model is just a double deployant preasure fit. If it is brand new sometimes these style of deployants are vary tight.
It is Stainless Steel it is vary difficult to break it looking at the construction of the bracelet.
Basically you just Pull, there is no button it is just pressure fit.
