Hello shole135, Hi, you need a 110v to 220v step-up transformer with 200 watts power specification. you can visit your local hardware store and find one. Don't replace the toroidal transformer.

I have an ELNA 3210 is 220v I live in Florida and need voltage transformer. from 220v to 110v for it and how many watts does it need? Thank you

From this document
http://edrenzi.com/Code/Trans%20(1p).pdf
the power is going to be the same as it was with 220V
However you need a step up transformer

if the supply voltage is 110V then the primary voltage needs to be 110V and the secondary voltage needs to be 220V dependant on your Elna needing 220V to run.
Does the ELna have a power rating plate at 220 V AC and if not does it have a current rating at 220V as power = voltage x current
so if it was 1 amp at 220v the power rating would be 220 Watts
When a transformer is involved the current on the primary coils of the transformer will half due to the 1:2 ratio of the transformer and will drag the same wattage as 220 V .
Another consideration is the frequency of the supply I am guessing the ELna is looking for 50 Hz and I think Florida will be on 60 Hz - not sure if this will be an issue in the ELNA but there are frequency adapters on the market to convert 60 hz to 50 hz if it is an issue.

You might be able to check the elna circuitry to see if it has a transformer inside it that you might be able to change to run at 110V down to whatever the elna runs on internally at its internal transformer secondary voltage.
Also check there is not a switch on the elna to switch from 220 v to 110v on the unit - not sure if it has this feature ?

Hello! My BOSE (max 300w) have in 110V, and I need for 220V BILLION 261278-102 REV.07 E2-86RTF-NS1-0289 A92TS-196B-1 R152D 07'23 Where can I order a suitable transformer for 220V? How to chenge...

Hi
there are suitable converters in the market from 220v to 110v.
google in your area to find an electronic store that provides this type of converters.
second choice .
if you know someone that winds electrical transformers or motors .you can ask him to modify your transformer its easy done .
number of wire turns and diameter.... turns *2 and diameter 1/2.
for an example: 410 turns for 110v it will be 820 turns and 1/2 diameter of the wire, that will fit exactly the transformer size.
Good luck

Logitech z515 power US is 110V - israel is 220V - is US to EU plug adapter sufficient to use in Israel ?

No you cannot as 220v will damage the 110v the Logitech. You need a stepdown transformer to reduce the voltage from 220v to 110v. and then you can safely plug the Logitech into this stepdown transformer.

I just bought a computer speaker but it's 110v and my computer is 220v. can i plug the speaker to the computer without damaging the speakers?

Hi ,
If it says it needs a AC 110V connection , you will fry at least the sub . Don't do it ! Connect the device to an AC 220 / 110 V transformer you can find on the net or in all specialized retail shops .
Best regards

What is the specific power transformer (internal) i need to switch my logitech 230 speakers from 220v to 110v?

If the speakers are wanting 220V, will they work, at a diminished level, if you only supply 110V ?

Otherwise, you need a "step-up" transformer, which takes 110V input, and produces 220V as output.

Do the speakers have a "110V/220V" switch on them????

Using dryer in 220V country

There are two systems in use in the states
110v dryers are available that fit a standard 11v 15a socket
110/220v fit the oversize 'dryer' sockets, and they are two 110v phases 90 degreees apart
the motor runs of a single phase 110v.
there is 220v between the 'outside', the active lines of the two phases, at any time, but it is not useable to provide mechanical power as a single service, due to the complicated shape of the wave form when you add out of phase voltages together, but is ok to drive the heaters, they have no mechanical efficiency requirement
A 2 phase 110v heater it means 3kw can be supplied without a 30 amp circuit
but it becomes difficult to use a single phase 220-240v transformer to provide 2x110v 90degree 2 phase current unless you specially buy one in. .
High power applications in 220-240v are generally supplied by 415v 3 phase 60deg supplies,

Any transformer would be onsellable at the end of your posting, to your replacement, who would doubtless be in the same boat as you, with a heap of 'stuff' that needs to run.

UK Aus NZ may be sources of transformers, or dryers to suit.
check with Australian UK NZ suppliers as well as local Indian ones, as those countries are also nominal 240v single phase home suplies and they may have (1) the dryer, or (2)the transformer to suit the 110 2 phase dryer

yeah...buy a step down transformer there in vietnam...im sure they have some there. try to buy the one best suited for your refrigerator in terms of capacity rating. if your ref is big, then buy a big transformer. dont use any type of step down transformer.
