I lost my redeem code for2011 madden on ps3 what should i do

Account settings, redeem codes. Or, store, then redeem codes.

This is an older game, so the servers may not be up to par with how thye previously were. Madden 25 is the current madden and you will experience alot less server issues with that.

You should re post your question under PS3 instead of Xbox 360.

Contact 800-4-My-Xbox and they will be able to find out what settings are incorrect on your system.

First make sure that your PS3 connects with your acces point eather wireless or with wire, te second step is configurate your PS3 for wire connection or wireless connection.
These settings are found under the network settings.
Also see the manual to see how you need to configurate the PS3 in detail.

Allso make sure when the PS3 is connected corectly to the acces point that the firewall of the acces point is not interfearing the connection.

If you see a o it will always be 0 that is a common mistake when putting in redeem codes. Also take your time, and read what it says.

To enter the codes you can either go to the store and at the top right it says redeem codes or under your account management check the menus where it says redeem codes.

Who did you use to preorder to receive the coins?

The best thing would be to go back to them and let them know. No one here will be able to help you with this. If you go back to the store and let them know the issue, they should be able to reissue you a new code.

It depends on what year the game is but for most after the copy right expires so do the codes. I've been able to delete saved data utility (not saved game) and diconnect to the playstation network and put in the codes and it worked. Once you've put in the codes reconnect your self to playstation network with your redeemed codes.
