You should first report to your nearby police station. Then you you had insurance on your phone, you should go to your dealer and report the same, who will in turn provide you another handset of the same kind. Else you will have to wait for the police to arrive at a result.

download a online driver finder & installer, it will find all needed drivers for your laptop and then download it through this software and install it.

Check you micro phone.....and make sure it is working properly by recording your voice and then listen it.......is it working Properly?

No Problem go to the manufatures website, for example if its a samsung just go to www.samsung.com look for the support link or driver download and get the latest/newest software and drivers for your phone. Hope this helps, best of luck
