Hey,
My scanner is on the network. It is already connected to 2 computers but i am now trying to add my computer to it but it shows the error, "unable to find destination". I went in to administrator and got the file utility software. I added the software to windows firewall so that it allows. then i went to the kyocera link and added my pc with its name on the destination pc to add it. But still my scanner shows same error. I also entered my IP address on the destination pc but it still dint help.
I would be grateful if you could solve my problem
Thanking you

Hi Pete_saario,
Go to <My Network Place><View Network Connections>double click <Local Area Connection><Support> Copy the IP Address shown. Then go to the Kyocera, press <Scanner><Change user info> Enter your used number <Enter><down arrow><Change #> Enter your IP Address here. Then <End><Complete Entering>
This should set it up.
Then Scan to PC. Good luck.

Are the TWAIN drivers installed on the computer?
Can you verify if the TWAIN drivers are installed on the computer. You may have to go to kyocreas website and download one for your computer.
It won't scan without one.
If your using your computer for any scanning features you will need that driver. I don't know if you copier has document storage capability to it. If it does you can try going into a web browser, typing in the IP address and looking for the scanner section of the copier and see if there are documents storing in that section.
