I am trying to replace the light bulb on a Tasco Super Light P750 microscope and don't have a manual. The only Spec on the bulb itself is that it is 2.5v. I've found bulbs with that rating but am not sure about the other spec details like .35A, TL1.5 and SX6 base.

sometimes when a battery causes corrosion inside something, you can clean off the springs or contacts where the battery goes. if i can, when that stuff happens i use sandpaper or something like that to clean the contacts. you cant always get sandpaper where you need it though. just try to find something to like scrape stuff off if its on there
