This is one of the most common problem windows users face...
This occurs when you are using an illegal copy of windows or if your product key is already in use on different pc.
Well this is very easy to solve.
first go to c\windows\system32\wga
keep that wga selected...
then go to task manager and there you ll find wga.exe(something like that)
end task it..
immeideatly delete that wga.exe file in system32..
Thats it...
