My battery's fully charged but my camera wont turn ON when I put the battery in. is it a blow fuse inside or a battery problem? if a blown fuse, how do i get it fixed?
Hi lumix_user, these fuses are surface mount fuses and can not be changed by yourself, more damage will be done to the unit if you have no experience in the repairs department. take it from me i have seen what damage is done to units when they have been tampered with. please send to panasonic agents for repairs.

No fuses in a camera. Check the battery first to determine if it is fully charged. THen check the contact points on the battery and in the camera. ALSO....be sure you are putting the battery in correctly.
The solution to your problem is simple, Kathrynbax.
The battery never comes in fully charged. It's always charged only so you may be able to check if your camera is working. I suggest, you take out your battery and put it to charge for exactly 90 minutes as the manual says. Then I'm sure you won't face any such problems.
Please make sure that the battery is clean and also the terminals within are clean. If you had been using the camera prior to the charging then the camera must work unless if the battery was spoiled by wrong charging. If you can use a multimeter to check the voltage which must be as specified on the battery label. Now make sure that the battery gets good contacts into the camera when inserted. If this wont work then it possible that there are errors within the camera and you need help from the nearest Nikon center.click the link below

Make sure the battery is fully charged. If it isn't then charge it up and hopefully your problem is solved. If it is fully charged take it out of the camera for a minute or so then put it back in. Try turning the camera on.
Make sure
that
you have the correct battery type installed, and that the batteries are
fresh/fully charged. If the problem persists, you may have corrosion
on the battery contacts inside that camera that is preventing full
battery power from flowing to the camera. Remove the batteries and
wipe the inside camera contacts firmly with a dry cloth (heavy
corrosion may require cleaning with a wire brush, steel wool, or sand
paper). Remove any residue that may have fallen into the battery
compartment during cleaning, then wipe both ends of the batteries and
reinstall them in the camera. This cleaning solves the problem about
90% of the time, and I hope it works for you.
i suggest that there is likely a motherboard fault or a board fuse has blown. the fuse needs to be replaced by a qualified technician, this will prevent any further damage to motherboard.
Possible failed battery showing fully charged but actually not -or even charger. No reset]
Disconnect from the wall socket- re connect and tell us if the battery is now charging.
If show full- replace battery.

Usually when we see this kind of symptom it is due to an internal fuse being blown. Sometimes they blow for seemingly no reason, but once replaced the camera functions as normal and lives a long productive life. With a camera this new it is a highly likely explanation for sudden death. The fuse is not user accessible and the camera will have to be sent to a repair facility or the manufacturer for the problem to be diagnosed and the fuse replaced.
