I think is frozen. I have blue screen, It wont go on or off unless i take the power off and when back on still same blue screen.. Help!! :((

It is charging by USB port using ac adapter, can also charge by computer USB port during picture uploads and downloads. Do you need an instruction manual.

Try to reformat it. It might be a virus or a bug.

Replace it or pay lots of $ to fix. unless its still under warranty, than they can fix or replace it.

You can try doing a hard reset. A hard reset will delete everything on your device. open the laptop and
give controlled heat with blower to all the chip of motherboard

AAAAA !!! computer crashed. ok here is how to fix it. without buying a windows disk for $300.00 or paying someone $200.00 to fix it. i warn you your going to lose everything but re start your computer and keep hitting F10 this will do a full system restore. and from there it will walk you through processes and then it will bring your computer back to the way it was when you first brought it home. unless you have a restore point. to restore it to before the computer crashed

that happens to me too. i think the problem is that your computer can't like, sense that it's plugged in, so your battery's dying out, and the computer wont charge it

Have you tried to reset the device by holding the power button?
