If there is no picture and 3 vertical lines in the center of the screen, stop. Turn off TV. You have no horizontal deflection happening. Lines will burn into crts and be permanently visible after repair.
No horizontal deflection is caused by Horizontal sweep circuit failure, maybe flyback transformer and associated components. More than a simple do-it-yourself repair.
your pictures are too large you need to find them and resize them then use them for wall paper or you resolution is not set correctly for the screen size
you have a pin cushion problem Checking the resistance to ground at DL04(K) found it was 8 ohms. Disconnecting the Pin modulator board at connector HL83 cleared the 8 ohms indicating the 8 ohms was caused by the Pin modulator board. Closer observation a capacitor CL85 a 6.8 mfd electrolytic, finds it to be vented and it was causing the 8 ohm short. Replacing HL85 pn 238292. This corrected the symptom.
o i see i had this prob , its condensation/liquid inside the camera , i suggest that you let it dry out , possibly with a hair dryer but DONT LEAVE IT TOO LONG the camera is sensitive so short period of hot air and letting it cool
