I can't read Spanish either, so here is what I would do: go to translate.google.com and type in the full URL of facebook and tell it to translate to English. Then you can find how to change facebook's default.
Assuming it is not one of your friends posting in Spanish, sign in and go to "settings" Then "General" From there you can choose "Language" and pick the language you would like from the drop-down list.
Sorry, you won't find any. That model has never been marketed in English speaking countries so the manufacturer has never gone to the expense of producing an English translation.
Your manual is most likely in Spanish, (but the answer is similar whatever it's written in) your fix options are as follows:-
1. Type in key parts of the text into automated online translator websites, try a few sites as some translate better than others.
