Based upon your description, the drain pump has either failed or become clogged.
To check the pump, remove the bottom access panel. There you will find access to the pump clean-out.(Large,white screw cap) Be prepared to catch lots of water. CAREFULLY AND S_L_O_W_L_Y unscrew the pump clean-out, catching and discarding the water. When the water flow finally stops, completely remove the clean-out filter. Inspect the clean-out filter, the drain hose from the tub as well as inside the pump impeller for any additional debris.

Bosch Series 2 front loader washing machine just washes but doesn't drain and spin. Also can't open the door locks as per Google search.

If you manually drain by lowering to drain hose into a bucket, you should be able to release the door lock by turning off the mains power. You can also try a reset.

My samsung front loader washing machine is not pumping or spinning says "error ND" checked pump all clear still nothing

on my kenmore machine nd means the drain filter is clogged. open the cover, drain water completely, remove and clean the filter, replace filter, tighten and close cover. hope this works for you. if not , at least your drain filter will be cleaned and you can eliminate it as the problem.

It is not spinning now.

Depending on the make and model top loader or front loader, the most common issues are the lid switch or door lock safety interlock, or the pump filter is clogged and need cleaned. Let me know what machine you have and I can go from there.

Water will not drain machine runs on wash cycle

If this is a top loader you have a bad lid switch.

If this is a front loader I suspect something is in the pump filter.

Gray front loader washing machine

Check the drain pump filter for a foreign object and check your hoses for clogging or obstructions.

If there is nothing wrong with either of those, you will need to replace the drain pump.
