I have a GE Model 21518 Telephone Adaptor and a Sprint Treo 650. They don't seem to work together. The cellphone shows the new device but the GE adaptor doesn't recognize it. My husband has the Treo 700 which seems to work great. Any ideas?
There is an undocumented solution to link difficult devices. Instead of pushing ad releasing, hold either button down until you get a FAST BLINK and then try linking again.
I had the same problem connection the moto droid to my ge-21518. the hold till quick flash worked (the 2 hour call with moto and verizon did not, as in nothing, nada, caput)
Link the treo by putting code "0000". Before the GE unit completes, call any phone number on treo. This will link the treo and ge unit.
How long have you had the 650? Palm offers a 12 month warranty with all of their treo's. It's very possible that Sprint will exchange this product at no charge. I have found the 650 to be the most unstable treo ever made. I had replaced 13 of them before finally switching to blackberry. That does not mean you will suffer the same issues. I would use the palm/sprint warranty if still available.

Same but GE 21518 and Sprint Treo 755P
The unit will link with my treo 700 but will not with my motorola v3m phone. Any help would be appreciated.
I have a Motorola MOTO W755. When I put the code "0000" into it for the password it says it is not the correct password. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
I have a GE Model 21518 bluetooth telephone adapter that will not pair up with my Verizon Centro Smartphone. When in pairing mode, the phone see's the 21518 and I'm able to enter the passcode, but the blue light on the 21518 never goes from blinking to solid.
I have tried a palm 700p, 755p, and a centro none of them will work
