Tv has double image color red and a curl line on left upper corner also sometime in middle of tv it has line

This sounds like a problem with "convergence" of the TV. Convergence is the electronic aiming of the Red, Blue & Green projectors. Typical convergence problems look like double or triple images on part or all of the screen, wavy lines, curled edges, excessive red, green or blue color or tint, etc. Sometimes, convergence issues can be corrected in a menu setting of the TV that has to do with "Picture Settings" or "Advanced Settings".

If the colors are out of alignment a great deal or went out "all of a sudden" it will probably not be repairable via the menu adjustment described above - but is certainly worth trying.

If it does not straighten out with the menu adjustment, it will probably require replacement of the convergence integrated circuit(s) chips located in the TV. This was a big ticket repair years ago, but can be done sometimes for as little as $40 in parts. Don't let the low price fool you though.. It can easily take several hours (or more!) to access, remove & replace the components and reassemble the TV. Soldering skills are a must - and I'm not talking about soldering plumbing pipes here either. These are delicate electronic parts and need a 15 - 30 watt soldering iron and desoldering braid or solder ****** and LOTS of patience to perform CORRECTLY. As such, it is another "not a DIY project" unless you're willing to turn your TV into a large floor model paper weight. If you decide to attempt this repair, you should google your TV brand and model along with the term "convergence". Parts, costs and procedures vary by TV. Unplug the TV for a day or so before starting the work to let capacitors discharge fully - just to be safe. Lastly - don't forget the heat sink compound - it is an absolute *must*!

Samsung HCN4727W Rear Projection TV, green screen, audio works

These sets need to have all three colors - RED - BLUE - GREEN - lined up correctly on the screen in order for the picture to look normal. This is called convergence.

When its out of alignment the video will look 3-D, wavy, distorted, etc. Most of the time you just need to adjust your convergence in the menu. If you cannot adjust it in the menu - then your convergence is broken and needs to be repaired. Convergence problems are very common on all Projection TV sets including Sony, Samsung,JVC,Philip Magnavox,Panasonic,Akai2_bing.gif,Pioneer, Hitachi,Mitsubishi,Zenith and others.
You can get more information and a DIY convergenece repair kit with instructions from the link below.

Here are some of the most common problems with these sets...

Problem #1) Convergence

Yours may have one or more of the following symptoms...

*Screen Looks 3-D
*Colors wont align
*Screen may look distorted or warped
*No Audio/Video - TV Shuts down - May also make a constant chirping sound

Problem #2 - Another common problem is dull or washed out video.

Your set may have one or more of the following symptoms....

*Dull looking picture
*White looking picture
*Halos around objects
*Red/Orange looking picture

Hitachi 42" TV

This is a problem with the convergence circuit. If you can solder, try resoldering the pins on the convergence ICs. If that fails to resolve the problem, replace the ICs. These ICs are large and black, attached to a heat sink and are marked STKxxx.

Keep us posted on your progress.

Samsung HCM5525W TV red blue outlines on images

The Samsung has bad convergence IC's most likly. This should be repair ONLY by a trained technician as a TV set is not a place to experiment or tinker with because of the extremly high voltage inside. This repair should cost you in the range of 250 to 400 bucks . Good Luck
