My husband moved his printer from one desk to another (didn't disconnect it, just picked it up and moved it to another table) and now I can't get anything to print. I have turned the computer and the printer off, I have disconnected the cables and the plugs, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer nad I have replaced the magenta ink cartredge that was showing as low and still, nothing. It shows that the print job is going to queue but then nothing comes out. The only discrepancy I can find is when you hit the "SCAN" function and it reads, "check connection". Any thoughts?
