What's your problem?

MP3 media players do not usually have a built-in camera.
You need a digital camera to take photos and the copy the photos to your computer and when you login to EBay you can upload the photos of the item you want to sell together with the description of the item etc.

Here's how you can add pictures in your eBay listings.
To upload pictures with the Standard Uploader:
  1. Click the "Add pictures" button in the "Bring your item to life with pictures" section of the Sell Your Item form.
  2. If the Standard Uploader isn't the default uploader, click the "Try the Standard Uploader" link in the upper right of the window.
  3. If Adobe Flash Player isn't installed, you'll get a prompt to install it and a link to where you can. Install Flash Player if needed.
Note: When installing Flash Player, you'll be redirected to the Adobe Flash Player website.
  4. Click the "Browse" button.
  5. Locate the pictures you want to upload.
  6. Select the images. If you'd like to upload more than one image at a time, hold down the CTRL or SHFT key while clicking on the images.
  7. Click the "Open" button in the lower right of the box to select pictures.
You'll see picture placeholders with your picture titles and a "Pending" status on the upload page.
  8. Click the blue "Upload" button in the lower left corner of the page.
You'll see a progress bar indicating the status of your upload.
  9. Once the upload is complete, you'll be directed back to the Sell Your Item form where you'll see your images in the "Bring your item to life with pictures" section.
To opt out of the Standard Uploader:
  • Click the "Basic Uploader" link in the upper right of the screen.

Cant upload pictures to sell on e bay

Hi there.
This is a common problem with pictures not uploading to ebay, this is because the file size could be too large.
Copy the pics to the PC and open them using Microsoft Office picture manager, click on edit picture, and then resize, choose predefined width x height and select web -small then save the edited pic and try to upload to Ebay again.

Good luck and thanks for using FixYa!!

Pictures on ebay

Hi,

When you go through the ebay item listing process it will ask you in the "add images" section if you want to add images. There will be "browse button next to a text field. Click browse, navigate to where the images are and click on the one you want. It then will be in add to your listing once you hit the "upload button". waalaa, you did it! One extra little tip the larger the image the longer it will take to upload if it uploads at all. To remedy this edit your pictures in a photo editor. If you need help with editing I will be more than happy to assist you..."feed a man a fish and he eats for a day, show him how to fish and he eats for a lifetime"......

HOW TO UPLOAD PICTURES TO EBAY FOR BEGINNERS

To add pictures to your listing:
  1. Go to the Bring your pictures to life section on the Sell Your Item form.
  2. Click the Add Pictures button. A pop-up window is displayed that defaults to the Standard tab (the Basic tab will be displayed if your computer doesn't include the Flash software required for the Standard Uploader).
  3. Review your image upload options.
  4. Click the Browse button on the Standard (example A) or Basic Uploaders. This lets you search through your computer’s files to find the picture you want to upload.

    5. Select the picture that you want to upload, and then click the Open button (example B).

The Standard tab page will be displayed with the picture you've selected for upload (example C). Here you also have the opportunity to select additional pictures for upload for a small fee. You can also upgrade your Gallery listing or order a Picture pack.

    6. Click the Upload button (example D).

  5. If you have trouble using the Standard Uploader, or haven't installed Flash, version 9 or later, you can click the Try the Basic Uploader link in the top right to switch to the Basic Uploader.
The picture will be uploaded to the Bring your item to life with pictures section of the Create your listing page (example E).

Using the Enhanced Uploader If you are using Windows 2000 and Internet Explorer 6.0 or later, and you have downloaded ActiveX control (you will be prompted to download it if you haven’t already), you can use our Enhanced Uploader for faster uploads and more options.
To add pictures to your listing using the Enhanced Uploader:
    1. To enable the Enhanced Uploader, click the “Add/remove options” link on the Create your listing page.
    2. In the Bring your pictures to life section, click the Enhanced tab, and click the Add Pictures button. The Open screen will be displayed with a list of pictures for you to choose from.
    3. Click the picture that you want to upload, and then click the Open button (example A).

The picture will be displayed under the Enhanced tab (example B). You can edit the picture by rotating, cropping, or adjusting the contrast and brightness, before uploading it.

Here you also have the opportunity to select additional pictures for a small fee. You can also upgrade your Gallery listing or order a Picture pack.

Replacing pictures If you want to replace a picture, first delete the existing picture, then upload the picture you want. If you upload a picture with the same name, both photos appear in your listing.
