The beeping is coming from the cpu.

1 unplug pc
2 pull out ram chips
3 use an eraser to clean the gold, yes thats gold

what happens is the gold on the ram oxidizes and does not connect properly and can go bad but cleaning it with an eraser sometimes works. take a cpu that is working unplu it pull the ram and you will see the same thing your other pc is doing.

4 reinstall ram (correctly)
5 boot up cpu

No signal to monitor. No beeps at start up. Fans running. New video card installed (after issue began) monitor & cord are working fine (have checked both with other computer)

There might be a problem with your RAM you may check your RAM and clean it with a cotton cloth and fix it again or change your RAM and see
Or the problem can also be with your moniter
thanks

Can not start my computer

Plug the unit directly to the ac outlet if it is plug into a surge protector. See if it boots. Did you shut it down yesterday or was it left running? Any bad weather last night? You could try another computer memory and see it is the memory. Not sure what it could be at this point. What type of system is it?
It could possibly be a bad power supply.

I hope this helps.
