Describe your KYOCERA FS2020D Match envelope Problem the printer is stating MATCH ENVELOPE SWITCHES?

Remove your printer from the PC and uninstall the printer software. Now reinstall the printer software and connect the Printer to be detected and installed. Check printer properties to see the ink levels.

envelope switch is on fuser unit set it to normal

On the FS-4000, this message can be cleared by releasing and pulling out the rear unit until it stops and making sure that the green pressure buttons on both ends of the fuser unit match. Both buttons depressed indicate envelope mode. Both released, indicate normal paper mode.

The message you get is from the fuser setting for printing envelope. At the back of the printer, you have a handle wich opens the back dor. There is located the fuser (fixing unit) that will slide back. On left and right of the fuser, you can see 2 green buttons. In your case one of them or both are pressed. If you press one time, the button goes down. If you press again, the buton rise up. Try to press them down.

Pull out the fuser, push the green buttons

To turn off envelope mode open the rear door and slide out the Fuser on top you will see 2 green push buttons push them to realease and machine should be out of envelope mode

Just a suggestion but in the application you are using, make sure the "Page Setup" is set to the envelope you need and the source for the envelope is correct.

Also, check the driver settings to make sure they match what the application needs.
