First of all. For the video issue. You may not be putting the vidoes in the right spot, where the player searches for them. Or if you are, in the right format. The e260 comes with a CD which contains a PDF manual and a utility for putting vidoes on the e260. If you arent using the utility that came with the e260 you wont get the vidoes to work because they will either be in the wrong format or spot. As the folder which they are supposed to go into is hidden, you must ask windows or your os to show hidden files/folders to manually insert the videos. As for your USB problem, Turn on the player and press the power button breifly to return the the modesd/welcome screen. Scroll through until you see settings and hit the enter button [The button inbetween the scroller] Then use the blue scroller to scroll down through the entire list until you see a setting called USB Mode. Hit enter again and in most cases select MSC. This should fix your problem. If it doesnt, attempt at updating the frimware of the player.
