Should be possible. For system safety electronically, power ALL interconnected equipment from the same receptacle/plug strip. Use Balanced lines, either XLR or TRS wherever possible.

How would i connect a Behringer 1002B Xenyx to a hercules mk4 mixer

The main output jacks of the 1002 are PSUEDO balanced so you can use TS to RCA connections from the 1002 to the MK4. It is not hte best design, but it will work... with two cables go from the 1002 main outs to the stereo ins of the MK4.

When i plug in my mbox mini 3 the blue light come on, but when i try to lauch pro tools it says that hardware is not recognize. When look at the mbox mini control panel, it says that it is not connected...

Assuming you are on a Windows system, go to Control panel/Sounds and devices/ and check that the Mbox2 appears as the default in the Audio and also Voice tabs/panes while unit is connected. If it is not, select it in each... if it is not in the list offered, then the drivers have not been installed for the Mbox.

Sound pops an crackels how do you change fse on mini mbox

Fuse would have NOTHING to do with the problem. Make sure to use balanced audio lines... XLR or TRS to mics or other devices.

Where can i get a schematic for the xenyx 1002 mixer

Try this:

http://elektrotanya.com/behringer_xenyx_1202.pdf/download.html

This is for slightly different model, however Behringer uses same circuits in most of this series... AND they don't give out schematics.

I have a Xenyx 1002, and my microphone is 1/4 Jack, should I use a adapter to convert it to xlr, so I can plug it in. Can I plug my 1/4 to Line in directly

You can't do any damage... just try plugging into the line... If the mic has enough output it may work. Balanced line mics are best though...

Whow i connect my xenyx 1002 mixer to audiophil 2496 sound card

You must connect:
the main out of the 1002, or the ctrl room out of the 1002 at your power amplifier's input.
the line in 9/10 of the 1002 at your 2496's line out.
the cd/tape out of the 1002 at your 2496's line in.
in case of a cd connect it's line out at line in 3/4, or line in 7/8 of 1002
some mic at the mic 1 or mic 2 of 1002.
That's the way you're going to have control for:
the mic level from channel 1 or 2.
cd level from channel 3/4 or 7/8.
pc playback from channel 9/10.
master speakers from main mix or ctrl room.
All the above connections are not absolute and may vary depending on your needs.

In case of a problem or clarification, don't hesitate to post.

I have a behringer xynyx 1204,and a protools personal studio, with mbox2 mini, and im just wondering if its possible to plug the mic into the mixer, instead of the mbox, and still be able to record vocals into...

It is possible, you can simply put a Y-cable for Mic or a splitter for the mbox and the Mic. You can plug the mic directly to the mixer then the other jack on the splitter connected to the mbox.
