I got a galaxy s3 .the power button on the outside is missing and the white power button on the inside is broke trying to get it to turn on.and the changing porter don't work.is there anything I can do to power up my phone? Please help.

Hi there is no alternate solution. you can fix it by contacting the your mobile servicer. they will change te power button.you can solve it by changing the power button

your battery is probably dead, if you drove it after belt broke the alternator wasn't turning to charge the battery, if you have a charger suggest charging battery, or try and jump start and let run for about 45 minutes allow the alternator to charge the battery back up

ck the back of your alternator , ck the wires , also the same for the starter sounds like a wire broke of or shorted out , look good you will find it or your alterantor went bad and will kill the battery for sure , ck that too,

My 2000 buick lesabre is not charging but the battery and alternator are both good

have you checked the battery with a simple volt meter when the car was running. this will tell you if the alternator is completing the full circut. battery should read 13.5 and higer while running if the alternator is completing the circut. it sounds like a simple wiring problem

You will need to get a replacement power button, Try searching on ebay as there are usually sellers selling parts on there.

Looks like that you have an alternator belt issue. It was squeaking for the belt is loosen. I strongy suggest that you tighthen it for the alternator to charge the battery. If the alternator belt looks worn then replace it for optimum performance.

Alternator bracket broke and can not get to last bolt to get it off to have welded. Any suggestions appreciated.

Is this the bracket that has the power steering pump under the alternator? If so the power steering pump has to be removed to remove bracket. To remove power steering pump you have to remove the pump pulley with a special tool and then press it back on with another tool. Both tools can be rented at your local Advanced auto parts store.

My battery light came on and at the same time the power steering seems to have gone out.

SOUND ALTERNATOR NOT CHARGING.CHECK FOR LOOSE - SLIPPING OR BROKE ALTERNATOR BELT.CHECK ALTERNATOR ELECTRICAL WIRES FOR LOOSE OR BROKE CONNECTIONS.ALSO CHECK ALTERNATOR FUSE.IF EVERYTHING CHECK OUT GOOD SO FAR.THE ALTERNATOR IS MORE LIKEY DEFECTIVE.BEFORE REMOVING NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE TURN OFF RADIO FIRST SO YOU WONT LOSE CODE.
