I have a LG Gr500 phone...
I seriously need to save my text messages to my computer...
I have tried via LG PC Suite 2 .. I am unable to see text messages or anything in the files.
I now just got a one day pass to the internet so I can email them to my email address. Those aren't going through either.
please help me and tell me how I can save important proof of texts!
thanks so much!

Hi,
LG Xenon GR500 PC suite you can download here-http://www.megaupload.com/?d=YKIEVYB0
1. Download the LG Xenon GR500 PC suite.
2. Double click the exe file to run it.
3. Follow the instructions given to you.
5. When installation has completed, the program will open and you can connect your LG Xenon GR500 without any problem.
Good Luck.
Thanks for using FixYa.
If your touchscreen has gone then you can still use PC suite to read and send all msgs. Just connect the phone to the PC that has the suite installed. And from the suite you can do everything that you had been doing earlier.
But you must make it a habit to backup everything regularly in future. It comes in very handy.
Go to settings ->connections -> USB (on the phone) and select the third (last) option. Then disconnect the cable an hook it up again. Once connected you should see all the options.
And the PC in question has a bluetooth adapter? Sounds like its getting to the point where it would detect and connect after clicking finish then not finding the bluetooth adapter to connect to the phone. Another thing you can try is connecting via USB cable to the computer, that will get everything detected and install drivers as needed, then go back to trying via Bluetooth, my Motorola phone required doing that for some reason!
