Bought the phone, had it a few days and it went dead, I went to the guy I bought it from and he claimed I over charged it. I bought a new battery and the phone came on for a few hours then shut down after awhile. I bought the phone when I was out of town and now the store owner is avoided my calls

I have an En-V 2, same thing happened.

What worked for me was dabbing a Q-tip in nail polish remove and just rubbing it along the 4 contacts on the battery as well as the 4 contacts inside the phone.

This is an old trick that use to work for the Nintendo game system cartridges when the game would **** out.

Give it a shot! I just saved $50 and a trip to the Verizon store!!!!!! (We know how that can be...hehehe)

I feel your pain brother, I'm on my 4th lg vu cause of the same problem. and the att store doesnt have a answer the just keep replacing it. i just got another one replaced yesterday.

I took out the battery on a lg verizon phone oops put it back in now black nothing ?? There must be some sort of way to replace the battery that reinitializes it any help
