I can't install QX3PLUS.EXE software on 32-bit win 7. I would like to share my good experience on this as my thanks to this comment's author.
As a workaround, you would try to install a windows xp on your computer and then only just install QX3PLUS.EXE. all go well. My kid will begin to have a tour with this old toy.

This is kind of roundabout and techy but works really well and is useful for other things. You should expect to spend about 4 hours to solve this in this way.
I run Linux on my Windows 7 system this way and I run XP on my Mac this way. The main drawback is that when it runs it draws RAM from your primary system. From XP point of view, the amount of RAM and hard disk space is a luxury.
Friends if you don't mind spending a little money to upgrade to windows 7 you can try this link: http://windowkeydownload.blogspot.kr/2016/05/how-to-get-windows-7-for-free.html. The key works 100% and its price is cheap. More importantly, you have no need to worry about the risk of virus.
Activate windows click here: www.acyberkey.com
you can find the keys you want in a low price that you have never imagined.

The Intel QX3 is not compatible with 64 bit operating systems. It will not work. Sorry.
You can either reinstall Windows 7 as a 32-bit version or purchase a QX5 model which is compatible with Windows 7 64-bit.
