We have problem with printer EPSON TM-U210D model M119D. The bill is moved a few cm from top of the paper, so a part of bill is missing on the bottom. The same problem is if we print test page.
We do this job for our customer, and driver settings are in french, so its unreadable for us.

Tip: The max point reward for answering a question is 15.
It does not appear that these are currently available from Epson. The nearest I could find was 220 variants. My advice would be to contact Epson customer services. They have been great in my experience
