Hi:
I can get the printer supported by using the Epson Stylus C45 Series (M) printer driver.
Works fine, but scanner does not.

1. Uninstall your Epson and than disconnect it from your PC.
   
2. Download drivers and other utilities suiting your Vista version (32 or 64 bit) from here: http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/supDetail.jsp?BV_UseBVCookie=yes&oid=58606&prodoid=56291067&infoType=Downloads&platform=Windows
3. After installing this printer driver, please be sure to download and install the TWAIN Driver and EPSON Scan Utility before connecting this unit to your computer. You can download TWAIN driver from that same address.
   
4. Connect your Epson to your PC.

Here is a link for the vista driver. Install new driver. This should fix your problem.
