Uneven wear- on one side of each tire- need front end alignment.
wearing in center- over inflated tires.

If they seem to wear evenly but quicker than they should, rotate with the rear so they all wear at same time.

I have had to replace a front tyre on my 2011 ford kuga. The tread on one side is 4.5mm the new tyre is 8mm. can this cause any problems. The tyres are both the same make and size.

Not really. But the new tire will wear down faster on the same as the old. You need a front end alignment. Could have worn out suspension parts also. Both will cause uneven tire wear.

My 1991 park ave wheels get hot and it like shakes

when you put on the brakes it should put some of the braking on your back tires also is why your front tires is doing all the work in braking and wearing your front brakes out faster.

2003 dodge caravan and require two new tires on the rear. Do I plavce the new tires on the front drive axle or on the rear and move the old ones to the front

Front tires tend to wear faster than old ones. It is usually best to put the new tires on the front drive wheels (traction, steering, braking). Then put the older tires on the back.

What would be causeing my front end to have a negative camber causeing the tires to wear on the outsides faster

You need a front end alignment.

What causes it? Your tires are out of alignment. Why? You hit a bump or a bunch of bumps? This is normal wear on a complex set of levers, connecting rods and joints that work under the worst of circumstances.

My front tires are cupped almost bald on the inside and outside. almost all tread left in the center

under inflation is the first thing that come to my mind and lack of rotation and possibly shocks or struts that are shot. If your tires are worn down only in the center its usually overinflation.

Bought new tires about 4 to 6 months ago. steel belts are comeing from the inside of tire. car is rideing on the inside of the tire. why

The alignment is out. With the picture below, you most likely have a " TOE IN" problem. The 2 front tires facing inwards will cause the inside tire tread to wear out faster than normal.

Uneven wear on rear tires..

the front end will need alignment kits installed that allow for the adjustment to be made to correct the tire wear, this has to be done on a alignment machine to set correctly, just eye balling it is not an option.
