Our Sansui 32 inch 3212 has a blacked out triagular area in the middle of the tv screen that comes and goes. What could be the issue.

I am working on a Westpoint TEN-3212 Led Tv. Found the IC on the panel backlight board burnt. Could you please give me the IC number since I cannot seem to find the backlight driver board on sale anywhere.

does the digital television come up on the screen for a second then it goes black? If so its usually the inverter which has the issue.

The LCD screen replacement is a skilled work. Almost all screens comes attached with its driver board, known as 'T'Con' board. You must have through knowledge in electronics to do this work, as any connections to T'Con board have change, it might damage both T'Con board as well as new panel too.

Have you considered since you pay for Dish Network calling them?

You need to have the signal board replaced. It may be still under warranty..so check that out. But yes the signal board is at fault!
