The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive. Or you can use any photo cataloging program.

You may download the manual and more from here.

Are you possibly shooting pictures in RAW format? Photo kiosks such as those at Walgreens won't recognize Canon RAW photos, only JPEGs. Check the camera's image quality settings, as described beginning on page 60 of the manual.

Why can't i access my photos in the built in memory? i've tried taking pics but it says that the memory is full and when i go to look at the pics it says no file exsists. i lost the owners manual.

The ViviCam 8025 is designed to work with memory cards. It only stores one picture in internal memory, and it's only there so you can test the camera to make sure it's working properly. If you take a second picture, the first one is lost. If you turn the camera off, the picture is lost. There is no way to save that picture or to download it to a computer.

While attempting to load pics directly from camera to computer pushed MTP option. Now cannot find pics anywhere

Take no more pics until you've recovered the photos, take the card out of the camera. Here's some freeware photo recovery software that should be what you're looking for:
http://camerarepair.blogspot.com/2007/12/recovering-those-accidentally-lost.html

You will need to use a flash card reader with this software. If you don't have one, please see the following blog article, as it describes the use of a card reader as a much easier, faster, and less error prone way to download your photos. In fact there are several important reasons discussed in the article for using a card reader vice downloading from the camera. USB Card readers are also very inexpensive these day, with cost virtually not an issue:

Lost disk

If you're operating a newer version of Windows, the necessary drivers should already be loaded. Just follow the instructions in your manual to download the pictures. If that still doesn't work, follow the following link and click on the appropriate operating system to download those drivers - http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/swu-list.pl?mdl=DSCS60
