First sign of a problem was that pan wouldn't seat correctly. When I get it in, I can't pull it out without using force. During "forceful removal", I hear a loud sound of something disengaging. With next use, the, paddle won't turn. I looked underneath pan and found that the 2 forked blade ends were pushed toward pan, so I took a screwdriver and pulled them back out and re-seperated the forked part. ou While doing this, I was thinking that if I do this a few more times, they'll break off (like a coat hanger that you bend back and forth to break). It worked once, but I just went to make dinner roll dough, and it wasn't mixed. I peeked in at the beginning to confirm that mixing blade was going around, but at end, ingredients weren't mixed. It appears that they don't make these pans anymore. Anyone know how to fix?

SOURCE: Bread pan pops out during kneading, hard to remove after baking

I have Breadman Ultimate for over 12 years now. I make bread 2-3 times a week for the past 10 years. I found that the bread pan popping out only happens when the motor shaft and the kneading paddle are not tightly engaged. I find this problem in the following two scenarios: 1. The bread pan was not pushed down all the way as described by cassie_hobbs and tlcquiltnut. 2. Debris filled up the motor-shaft bowl underneath the bread pan to prevent a tight engagement of the motor shaft and the kneading paddle. These debris are generated during the kneading process; part of the ingredients is pushed out of the shallow horizontal pan and accumulated underneath. To avoid the problem, I have to periodically remove debris from the shaft bowl and make sure the pan pushed all the way down. To reduce the debris, I made a simple cover for the bread pan by cutting an old aluminum baking dish. I always remove the cover after the kneading cycle to prevent the rising dough from reaching the bottom of the cover. Hope this helps. Wendy

SOURCE: The bread did not bake. The ingredients mixed,

You may have a bad heating element. If this is the case it will be hard to find that part.

GLTF1240ASO Front Door Won't Lock/Close

Most probably your door lock is damaged. You are not supposed to force it open, you have to wait for at least 2 minutes (or till the lock sign is off) after the wash is over to open the door, never force it.
You can just google your model number and search for parts to obtain it. It is quite possible you can change it yourself. See that the line is disconnected from the mains.

Seat belt problem not locking

they have a mechanism called a seat belt cam which is gravity activted with force and usually at 15mph and with sudden braking the cams should lock. If u feel that they have to much play and seem like they dont lock properly id suggest changing both belt assemblies because the cams do wear or get stuck and fail like any other moving part and it is a saftey issue for u so better safe than getn injured with a faulty belt.

Have Breadman TR2200c. The red drive shaft "seal" in the bottom of the bread pan seems intact. The drive shaft stopped turning. I forced it out of the shaft tunnel, and the clip was rotted. 3...

I think you're going to have to take out the seal and put a new retaining ring on the shaft to keep it from falling out the bottom. If you're lucky you'll be able to pull out the old seal without destroying it.
A 5/16" external retaining ring should do the trick. Hardware store or Lowes should have 'em. Depending on how difficult you find it to force the ring down into the well in the pan to put in the shaft's groove, you may need a retaining ring pliers. The cheap ones from Harbor Freight (around $3) work fine.

Tray 2 got stucked while pulling out, how do I get it out without forcing it?

From the back of the printer, look in towards the front of tray 2. See if the duplexing pan has dropped down. Reach your hand inside and lift the pan back up enough to remove the tray.

Bugaboo adapters for maxi cosi got stuck to the maxicosi carseat

We have just released the Bugaboo adapters by pressing buttons on the Maxi Cosi seat and gently pulling the adapters at the same time. These buttons can be found either side on the top of the seat, next to where the seat carry handles are attached. The adapters come away very easily, no force needed. (I dont know if this is true if the adapters are in the wrong way round!)
