Asko w620 quattro 1200 rpm front loader has a broken soap tray.
Where can i buy a new one at a fair price?
Will that fix the problem or is an internal part that got caught and caused the front of the soap dish to snap off?

Probably a blockage in the drain hose at the back of the machine. Easy to fix. Turn machine off then pull machine out so you can easily access behind. Have bowls and cloths/rags at hand for water spillage. The drain hose is located low down and links into your sink drain, it is held in place by a clip. Remove the clip and hose. This will start to drain the machine so make sure you have enough vessels to catch the water. When the water has stopped draining, check the hose for blockages : buttons / coins / hair grips / paper etc. Also check the hole where the hose attaches to the machine. Remove items then blow through the hose to see if there are any other restrictions. If all clear then replace hose on back of machine. Clear up. Move machine back to normal position. Switch on and set to spin. When complete, the machine should shut off cycle and unlock door. This will save you at least 100 pounds on a call-out. Good luck.
Disconnect first the mains, power plug off the wall. You could have a clog in your soap drawer; pull the dispenser drawer completely out. There is a tab that needs to be depressed to release the drawer to remove. Clean the soap drawer with an old tooth brush. The usual block could be old soap, softener, etc. (you could also be using too much soap powder). I usually use just above 125ml (my measure cup says ml, I use front loader powder for the 5.5kg load) The wash is very gud. This is the normal issue that will cause water to leak out of the dispenser housing. Wash the dispenser drawer thoroughly with warm water. Make sure that you pull off the siphon covers and wash all siphon holes. This process is described in your owner's manual. Next could be one of hoses has become loose, should be re-fixed. Examine by removing top of the front loader; this will give you a gud view of the pipes. If helped, click.
This will
potentially sound odd, but run the 90 degree cycle with 3 dishwasher tablets in
the drum. The smell is bacterial and probably the result of a build up of
residue from biological soap powder (Which is simply bacteria that eat your
stains). Dishwasher tablets are anti-bacterial and will kill the bugs making
the smell
Check that the cold water is turned on. The washing machine uses cold water to rinse, and if the cold water is not on, unit will end without completing cycle.
Sounds like the motor brushes need to be cleaned or replaced. Take the back off the washer, remove the motor and gently scrape the excess carbon or debris off the brushes with a pocket knife. I did this and it ran well for about 50 loads before building back up. I am ordering new brushes now because when I checked the brushes last week they were obviously worn more than 4 weeks ago.
