Supported memory cards do not appear to be more than SD. To get above 2GB the supported memory card type should include SDHC.

Check with the instruction manual for the camcorder which type and capacity SD cards it will "support" and use only the specified cards. The camera will reject any card with a greater Gb capacity than it's system can support.
The more recent your camera the greater card memory capacity will be supported.

The laptop support 2GB of ram. There are 2 banks for ram each supporting 1GB each.

Of course if you want to install 512MB in there you can although having matched memory is always a good thing. For example 2 sticks running at 400MHz (PC3200).

Its most likely a 2.5inch laptop EIDE hard drive.

If you wanted to clone the old hard drive to a new one, you would need a 2.5/3.5 IDE to USB adapter.

You need DDR2 PC2-5300 (240 pin) RAM.

Easiest thing to do is go to www.crucial.com and run their Scan Program. It works well. It will tell you what kind of RAM you need, how much you now have and the max you can install.

hey first look out for the write prevention loack switch it is normally located on the side of the card , otherwise also see if ur camera supports 8 gb card or not bcoz cameras does not support all capacity cards they do have limitations they are not future proof , pls use the specified card type only
