Remove battery. Plug in computer. When drive opens up, Format drive as you would a CDRW. When format is done you should be able to reload MP3 files. Good luck
Go to the Mymusix website and download the player update utility
(located here:

install it, then use these instructions, but start at step 9.

I never got it to actually complete the update process, but it did format it, which solves the problem. Hope this helps
